Setting screws with a power drill.  When setting screws in hard surfaces and controling the flow of drilling without striping the screw head,  it is best to drill a starter hole.  Once this is done, insert the screw tip into the hole and proceed to drill the screw in, giving the trigger short, start and stop, power.  This will insure smooth drilling, keeping you on top of the work instead of angle drilling the screw in.
